About Us
One contractor for the whole property
TRAXICO Technical Services is a licensed Dubai maintenance company. We cover the trades that keep a property working, and we handle them under one roof so you are not managing four contractors for one job.
Why We Exist
Property problems rarely stay in one trade
A leak under a kitchen sink starts as a plumbing job. Give it a fortnight and the cabinet base has swollen, so now it is carpentry too. Leave it longer and the skirting lifts and the wall behind needs repainting. Three trades, one original problem.
In Dubai that usually means three separate companies. Three sets of quotes, three sets of building permits, and each one blaming the other for what they found. The plumber says the cabinet is not his problem. The carpenter says he cannot fit a new base until the damp is dealt with. You end up project-managing your own kitchen.
TRAXICO was set up to take that job off you. We employ and coordinate across 16 trades — 207 individual services in total — so the whole thing is one contract, one schedule and one invoice. When something needs another trade halfway through, we bring them in ourselves.
What we actually do
Air conditioning and HVAC is the largest part of our work, which is unsurprising in a city where a failed compressor in July is an emergency rather than an inconvenience. Around that sits plumbing, electrical work, handyman jobs, painting, carpentry, glass and aluminium, flooring, false ceilings, masonry, waterproofing, cleaning, water tanks and water heaters.
We also run annual maintenance contracts. For anyone managing more than one property, these tend to work out cheaper than paying for emergencies as they happen, because most emergencies are a servicing job that was left too long.
How we work
A technician looks at the problem before anyone quotes a price. Then you get a fixed figure covering labour and parts, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it. If the price does not suit you, we leave and there is no charge for the visit.
Workmanship is covered for 30 days. If the same fault comes back in that window we return and put it right at no cost. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives them, and that gets written on your invoice rather than mentioned vaguely on the doorstep.

Who We Work With
Homes, rentals and commercial premises
The job is different in each case, and so is the way we schedule it.
Tenants and homeowners
Single repairs, seasonal AC servicing, and the backlog of small jobs that builds up over a year. Most of our work.
Landlords and property managers
Multiple units, handover cleans between tenancies, and annual contracts that turn unpredictable repair bills into one planned cost.
Offices, clinics and retail
Work scheduled around trading hours, because shutting a clinic for a morning costs more than the repair does.
Straight Answers
What we will tell you that others might not
Sometimes replacing beats repairing
An eight-year-old split unit with a failed compressor is usually not worth the repair. The part and the labour will come close to a new unit, and you will be back in the same position within two summers. We would rather say that than take the money and have you call us again in eighteen months.
Some jobs need more than one visit
Anyone who promises a same-day fix without seeing the problem is guessing. Waterproofing needs the surface dry before the membrane goes on. Painting needs the crack repair to cure first. Rushing either one means doing it twice.
We do not take on everything
Structural alterations, anything requiring a licensed engineer's sign-off, and major electrical infrastructure work sit outside what we do. If your job falls into that category we will say so, and where we can we will point you towards someone who handles it.
On the numbers you see on contractor websites
Project counts, customer counts and star ratings are easy to type and hard to check. We only publish figures we can evidence — how many services we cover, how many areas we work in, and what our warranty actually is. If you want to see our trade licence or insurance certificate before booking, ask and we will send them.
