Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or leave your number below. Emergencies are answered around the clock — for everything else we will get back to you the same day.
Send a Message
Tell us what needs fixing
Leave your number and a short description. We will call you back to confirm the details and agree a time.
Useful things to mention
None of this is required, but it helps us send the right person the first time:
- Apartment, villa, office or retail unit
- Which area of Dubai you are in
- How long the problem has been happening
- Whether anyone has already tried to fix it
- If your building needs a work permit or NOC for contractors
That last one catches people out more than anything else. Many towers in Dubai Marina, JLT and Business Bay will not let a contractor start without paperwork from building management, and getting it can take a day or two. Worth checking before you book.
When we are available
- Scheduled work
- 7 days a weekMorning and afternoon slots
- Emergency call-out
- 24 hoursIncluding public holidays
Summer weekends fill up fastest. If your AC service can wait a few days, booking midweek usually gets you an earlier slot.
After You Get in Touch
What happens next
No call centre scripts and no pressure to commit before you have a price.
- 01
We ask a few questions
What the problem is, what type of property, and how urgent it feels to you. Two minutes, no form-filling.
- 02
We agree a time
Same day where we can, otherwise the next slot that suits you. You get a window, not a vague promise to come by.
- 03
The technician assesses and quotes
A fixed price for labour and parts, given to you before anything is opened up or taken apart.
- 04
You decide
If the price does not work for you, say so and we leave. There is no charge for having looked.
Our Office
Where to find us
Our office is on Sheikh Zayed Road, but most of our work happens at your property — technicians go out from whichever team is nearest, not from here.

Before You Call
Questions people ask first
The practical ones, answered honestly.
Phone, for anything urgent. WhatsApp is close behind and it has one advantage — you can send a photo or a short video of the problem. A picture of the leak or the tripped breaker often tells our technician more than five minutes of description, and it means he arrives with the right part.
Calls are answered live during the day. WhatsApp messages and form submissions usually get a reply within the hour, though late-evening messages may wait until the morning. If it is an emergency, please call rather than message — we do not want your burst pipe sitting in an inbox.
No, and it is fine if you are wrong about it. A damp patch on a ceiling might be a plumbing leak, a failed waterproofing membrane, or an AC drain that has backed up. Working out which one it is comes before the repair, and that part is on us.
For straightforward work with a known scope, often yes, and we will tell you the range. For anything involving a diagnosis we would rather look first. A number quoted blind is a guess, and a guess that turns out low helps nobody once the technician is standing in your kitchen.
Urgent
Something broken right now?
Do not fill in a form. Call us — the line is answered through the night, and a burst pipe does not wait for office hours.
