Terms & Conditions

The basis on which we quote for work, carry it out, and stand behind it afterwards.

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply when TRAXICO Technical Services LLC carries out work for you. They take effect once you accept a quotation, whether that is in writing, by message, or verbally to a technician on site.

We have tried to write them in plain language. Where something is genuinely a limit on what we will do, it is stated as such rather than buried.

1. Who we are

TRAXICO Technical Services LLC is a technical services company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean the company, and "you" means the person or organisation engaging us.

2. What we agree to do

We provide maintenance, repair and installation work across the trades listed on this website. The specific work covered by any agreement is what appears on the quotation you accepted — not everything discussed during the visit.

If additional work is needed once we start, we stop and tell you what we have found, what it will cost, and what happens if it is left. Nothing extra is carried out, and nothing extra is charged, without your agreement.

3. Quotations and pricing

Except for jobs with an obvious and fixed scope, a technician assesses the work before we quote. The quotation covers labour and the parts specified in it, and it holds for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

If you decide not to proceed after we have assessed the job, there is no charge for the assessment. Where a visit is purely diagnostic and a fee applies, we tell you before we attend, not afterwards.

A quoted price may change only where:

  • What we find differs materially from what was described to us
  • You ask for additional work
  • Hidden damage becomes visible once a surface or unit is opened up

In each case we stop, explain, and wait for your agreement before continuing.

4. Booking and access

Appointment times are given as a window rather than an exact minute, because traffic and preceding jobs do not run to a stopwatch. We will contact you if we are running late.

To carry out the work you need to arrange:

  • Access to the property at the agreed time
  • Any permit, NOC or contractor approval your building management requires
  • Reasonable access to the area being worked on
  • Water and electricity where the work needs them

Where a building requires a work permit, we will supply the documents they ask of us — trade licence, insurance certificate, technician details. We cannot influence how long their approval takes, and delays caused by it are not delays we can be held to.

5. If nobody is there

If our technician arrives at the agreed time and cannot get in, we will try to contact you and wait a reasonable period. If access still is not possible, the visit counts as a missed appointment and a charge may apply for the wasted journey. We would always rather you moved the appointment than we turned up to a locked door — a message the day before costs nothing.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Describe the problem as accurately as you can, including anything that has already been tried
  • Tell us about anything that affects safety — asbestos, unusual wiring, structural concerns
  • Move valuables and fragile items away from the work area before we arrive
  • Confirm you are entitled to authorise the work on that property

That last point matters for tenants. If you rent, some work needs your landlord's permission, and it is your responsibility to have obtained it.

7. Materials and parts

Unless agreed otherwise, we supply the materials, itemised on your quotation. Parts remain our property until the invoice is paid in full.

You are welcome to supply your own materials. We will fit them, but we cannot warrant parts we did not supply, and if a fault later turns out to be the part rather than the fitting, the cost of returning falls to you.

8. Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from completion. If the same fault recurs in that period, we return and correct it at no charge.

The warranty does not extend to:

  • A different fault that happens to arise in the same system
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident or someone else's work after we left
  • Normal wear on parts with a limited service life
  • Faults arising from materials you supplied
  • Work you instructed us to carry out against our written advice

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component and is recorded on your invoice.

9. Payment

Payment falls due on completion unless different terms are agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and card. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages, set out in the quotation before work begins.

Annual maintenance contracts are invoiced according to the contract. Commercial account terms are available by arrangement.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at no cost with reasonable notice, which for an ordinary job means the day before. Cancelling after materials have been ordered specifically for your job may incur their cost. Cancelling part-way through a project means paying for the work completed and the materials already used.

We may cancel where the property is unsafe to work in, where the work turns out to be outside what we are competent or licensed to do, or where a permit your building requires has not been granted. In any of those cases you pay nothing.

11. Liability

We carry insurance covering our work on your property, and we take responsibility for loss or damage caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects we did not cause and were not engaged to fix
  • Consequential losses such as lost income, lost rent or alternative accommodation
  • Damage arising from concealed pipework, cabling or structure whose location we could not reasonably have known
  • Delays caused by third parties, including building management approvals

Our liability for any single job is limited to the value of that job, except where UAE law does not permit such a limit.

12. If something goes wrong

Tell the technician on the day if you can — most issues are small and quicker to fix while he is still there. If that is not possible, or the problem is larger, contact the office at sales@traxico.ae or +971 54 381 1897. We will look into it and reply.

13. Website content

The descriptions, service lists and general guidance on this website are provided in good faith to help you understand what a job involves. They are not a diagnosis of your particular problem and are not a quotation. Only a written quotation for your property is binding.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes that cannot be settled between us fall to the courts of Dubai.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one published when you accepted the quotation. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Before this site goes live

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not yet include the company's trade licence number or registered address. Both should be added, and the whole document checked by a UAE legal advisor, before the site is promoted.
