Privacy Policy

This policy covers TRAXICO Technical Services LLC and the website at traxico.ae. It explains what happens to your information when you fill in a form, send us a WhatsApp message, or call the number on this site.

The short version: we collect what we need to quote for your job and get a technician to you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass your number to other contractors.

Who is responsible for your data

TRAXICO Technical Services LLC, a technical services company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides how and why your information is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at sales@traxico.ae or on +971 54 381 1897.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. That is the entire form — there is no email field, no address field, and nothing collected in the background.

When you call or message us: your phone number, along with whatever you tell us about the job. If you send photographs over WhatsApp, we keep them for as long as the job is open because they are genuinely useful to the technician.

When a technician attends: the property address, access arrangements, and a record of the work carried out. We need the address to send someone, and we keep the work record because the warranty depends on knowing what was done and when.

Automatically: our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary web server operation, used for security and diagnosing faults, not for building a profile of you.

Why we use it

• To call you back and understand what the job involves
• To prepare a quote and arrange an appointment
• To send a technician to the right address at the right time
• To issue an invoice and keep the accounting records the law requires
• To honour the workmanship warranty, which means keeping a record of the work
• To respond if you raise a complaint

We do not send marketing messages to people who have only enquired about a job. If we introduce a mailing list later, joining it will be something you opt into deliberately.

Who else sees it

Your information is shared only where there is a reason for it:

• The technician assigned to your job, who needs your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem.
• Specialist subcontractors, where a job needs a trade we bring in. They receive only what is necessary to complete their part.
• Our hosting and communications providers, who process data on our behalf in order to run the website and our phone and messaging systems.
• Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details with other maintenance companies, lead-generation services or marketing agencies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts are installed on it.

Pages containing an embedded Google Map load content from Google, and Google may set cookies through that embed under its own privacy policy. Maps only appear on pages where showing a location is useful, such as this site's contact and area pages.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a job are kept for up to twelve months, which covers the common case of someone getting in touch again about the same problem. Records of completed work, and the invoices attached to them, are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires. Once a retention period ends, records are deleted.

Keeping it secure

The website is served over an encrypted connection, so anything you submit through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it for their work.

We will not claim that any system is impossible to breach, because that is not a claim anyone can honestly make. What we can say is that we do not collect information we have no use for, which is the most reliable protection there is.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
• Object to particular uses of your information
• Withdraw consent where our use of your data relies on it

Email sales@traxico.ae and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity first, which protects you rather than us — it stops someone else requesting your records.

Some information cannot be deleted on request. Invoices and records of completed work must be retained for the periods set by law, and a warranty claim cannot be assessed without the record of the original job.

Other websites

This site links to external services including WhatsApp and Google Maps. Once you follow a link or interact with an embed, that company's privacy policy applies rather than ours.

Children

Our services are intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this website, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. For anything significant — new tracking, a new category of data, a new recipient — we will make the change clear rather than quietly editing the text.
