The tee at the angle valve
The spray takes water from the feed to the cistern. A proper tee valve lets you shut the spray off without shutting off the toilet.
Plumbing
Almost every bidet in Dubai is the handheld spray beside the toilet. It is a small fitting with one real risk: the hose sits under full pressure all day, and when it goes it empties into the bathroom.
Start Here
The reasons people actually book this.
The spray is dripping or leaking at the wall
The hose or the tee has failed. Close the valve behind the toilet now, because that hose is live even when nobody is using it.
No spray fitted at all
Handheld bidet installation Dubai is a short visit. It tees off the existing feed to the cistern and needs no new pipework.
The spray head will not stop dripping
The trigger seal has worn. The head is a cheap part, and it is worth changing before it fails properly.
You want warm water at the spray
That needs a hot feed brought over and a mixer, which is a bigger job than a cold spray and worth planning during a renovation.
A property being fitted out or relet
Home bidet installation Dubai across every bathroom in one visit is far cheaper per unit than doing them one at a time.
Overview
Sprays, seats and ceramic bidets. Professional bidet installation Dubai puts a valve on it, because that hose is under pressure twenty four hours a day.
Handheld sprays
Bidet spray installation Dubai and bidet shower installation Dubai for the shattaf beside the toilet, teed off the existing feed.
Bidet seats
Toilet bidet installation Dubai for washlet style seats, which need a feed and usually a socket within reach.
Ceramic bidets
Bathroom bidet installation Dubai for a separate fixture, which needs its own waste and its own hot and cold.
Homes and businesses
Bidet fitting Dubai for flats and villas, and the same work across hotels, mosques and staff accommodation.
What We Work On
Six things, and the second one is the whole difference between a good fitting and a bad one.
The tee at the angle valve
The spray takes water from the feed to the cistern. A proper tee valve lets you shut the spray off without shutting off the toilet.
Its own isolation valve
So the hose can be shut off when you travel. Without one, the only way to stop a failed hose is the main valve.
The hose
A braided stainless hose rather than the thin plastic one in the box. It is the part that fails and it is the cheapest to upgrade.
The spray head
The trigger seal wears and starts weeping. A cheap part, and the first sign that the set is reaching its age.
The wall bracket
Fixed into something solid rather than into tile grout. A bracket pulling out takes a piece of tile with it.
A hot feed, if you want one
A warm spray needs hot brought to the toilet and a small mixer. Straightforward during a renovation, disruptive afterwards.
Scope
A short visit, done properly.
Check the existing valve
The angle valve behind the toilet. If it is seized it gets changed first, because everything else tees off it.
Fit a tee with isolation
So the spray has its own shut off. That is what lets you close it when you travel and when a hose finally goes.
Use a braided hose
Stainless braided rather than the thin plastic hose that comes in the box. It is the part that fails and it costs very little.
Mount the bracket properly
Into tile with the right plug, or into the substrate behind. Never into grout, which holds nothing.
Pressure test
Left under pressure and checked after a few minutes rather than immediately, because a slow weep does not show at once.
Show you the valve
Where it is and which way to turn it. That thirty seconds is what saves a bathroom while you are away.
Not included
Said before the visit, not after
How It Works
Five steps, usually under an hour for a spray.
Tell us which type
Handheld spray, bidet seat or a ceramic fixture. Three very different jobs and three very different prices.
Check what is there
The angle valve, the feed and whether the wall will take a bracket. All of it before anything is fitted.
Fit with a valve
Tee, isolation valve, braided hose, bracket and head. Nothing is teed off without its own shut off.
Test and wait
Pressure on, then checked again a few minutes later. Slow weeps at a new joint do not appear straight away.
Hand over
You get shown the valve and told to close it before any long trip. It is the most useful thing about the visit.
The Decision
Three different fittings that all get called a bidet.
| What you have | What it needs | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Handheld spray beside the toilet | Short visit | Tees off the existing feed. Under an hour, and no new pipework at all. |
| Warm water at the spray | Hot feed needed | A mixer and a hot line brought to the toilet. Easy during a renovation, disruptive after one. |
| Bidet seat with a wash function | Feed plus a socket | It needs power near the toilet, and that is an electrician rather than a plumber. |
| Separate ceramic bidet | Waste and two feeds | A full fixture. Realistically only sensible while the bathroom is being redone. |
| Existing spray dripping | Hose and head | Both are cheap parts and the visit is short. Worth doing before the hose fails properly. |
If the toilet is being changed at the same time, that is toilet installation Dubai and the two are done in one visit.
Why TRAXICO
A very small job with one real risk attached to it.
Its own isolation valve
A bidet installer Dubai homes call back is one who left them a valve they can close. Most bidet installation contractor Dubai jobs tee straight in without one.
A braided hose, not the boxed one
The thin hose in the box is the part that fails. Upgrading it at fitting costs almost nothing and prevents the flood.
Brackets into something solid
Never into grout. A bracket that pulls out takes tile with it and the repair is far more than the spray was.
Checked after a delay
A new joint that weeps slowly looks perfect for the first minute. We look again before leaving.
You are shown the valve
Where it is and which way it turns. Close it before a long trip and a failed hose cannot flood an empty flat.
All bathrooms in one visit
Several sprays in one attendance costs far less per unit than booking them one at a time.
Worth Knowing
Three things worth knowing about the spray beside your toilet.
01 / 03
The spray hose is live all day, every day, whether anybody uses it or not.
That is different from a tap, which only sees pressure when it is open. The hose and the trigger head sit at full mains or pump pressure permanently, and the trigger seal is the only thing holding it back.
When a thin plastic hose fails, it does not drip. It opens, and it keeps running until somebody closes a valve. In an empty apartment that can run for days.
A braided stainless hose and an isolation valve turn that from a real risk into a nuisance. Both cost very little at the time of fitting.
02 / 03
The spray takes its water from the small feed that fills the toilet cistern.
The lazy way to do that is a plain tee: one pipe becomes two and both are live. Now the only way to shut off the spray is to shut off the toilet as well, or the whole property.
A tee with its own isolation built in costs a few dirhams more and means the spray can be closed on its own. Before a holiday, or the moment a hose starts weeping, that is the difference between turning a small handle and finding a flooded flat.
03 / 03
A cold spray tees off a pipe that is already there. A warm one does not.
Warm water needs a hot feed brought across to the toilet and a small mixing valve to blend it, because full temperature hot water at a spray is not safe.
In a bathroom being renovated that is straightforward, because the wall is open anyway. In a finished bathroom it means chasing a new pipe, and that is a tiling job attached to a plumbing one.
So if a warm spray matters to you, it is worth saying during a renovation rather than afterwards.

Questions
A handheld spray is a short visit and the cheapest plumbing job there is. A ceramic bidet needs a waste and two feeds, which is a completely different price.
Because the hose is under full pressure all day. With a valve you can close the spray on its own before a trip or the moment it weeps. Without one, the only shut off is the toilet feed or the whole property.
Not really. The thin plastic hose supplied with most sets is the part that fails, and it fails by opening rather than dripping. A braided stainless one costs very little and we fit that instead.
Yes, but it needs a hot feed brought to the toilet and a mixing valve. That is easy while a bathroom is being renovated and disruptive in a finished one.
Yes. It needs a water feed and a socket within reach of the toilet. The plumbing is ours and the socket is an electrician, and we coordinate the two.
It is a warning. The trigger seal has worn, and the same set is at the age where the hose is worth changing too. Both are cheap parts and a short visit.
Yes. Whole floors or whole buildings, several units in one attendance, with the same hose and valve specification throughout so spares are simple.
We work across the whole city. Marina, JLT, JVC, Downtown, Business Bay, Mirdif, Al Barsha and Deira are all normal working areas.
