Under sink and behind fixtures
The short reachable runs. Quick, cheap and worth doing whenever a wall is open anyway.
Plumbing
A pipe that has failed three times will fail a fourth. Pipe replacement Dubai properties need is the point where patching stops being cheaper, and knowing where that point is saves more than the work costs.
Start Here
These are the ones where another patch is money spent twice.
A third leak on the same line
The pipe is telling you it is finished. Each repair opens a different wall, and three of those cost more than the run did.
Brown or rusty water
The inside of a steel pipe is corroding. A pinhole here is not a spot fault, it is the first hole of several.
Pressure that keeps dropping
Scale and rust narrow the bore over years. No repair opens that back up, and a new run is the only thing that restores flow.
Old pipe in a property being renovated
Old pipe replacement Dubai is far cheaper while walls and floors are already open. Doing it later means opening them again.
A villa still on its original steel
Galvanised line has a life. If nobody has touched it in twenty years, it is worth looking at before it decides for you.
Where It Goes Wrong
A property is not one pipe. Replacing the right section costs a fraction of replacing all of it, so we work out which stage is actually failing.
Mains and meter
Water arrives here. If the meter keeps moving with every tap shut, the leak is on your side of it.
Storage tank
Most villas store water on the roof. A cracked tank or a stuck float wastes it quietly for months.
Booster pump
The pump gives you pressure. If it clicks on and off when nobody is using water, something is leaking.
Water heater
Hot water starts here. A leaking heater usually shows first as a damp patch in the cupboard below it.
Pipes in walls and floors
The hidden part. A leak here does the most damage, because nothing shows until the wall is already wet.
Taps, toilets and showers
The parts you touch. Most drips start at a worn seal that costs very little to change.
Drains and sewer line
Water on the way out. Slow drains, smells and water coming back up all start here.
Seven places, one system
A symptom in your kitchen can start four stages back. That is why we test the whole run rather than the thing you pointed at.
Overview
Replacing a length of water line rather than patching it. Professional pipe replacement Dubai starts with proving the run is beyond repair, because half the calls we get do not need this.
Failing runs
Damaged pipe replacement Dubai and broken pipe replacement Dubai where the line has been hit, crushed or has failed more than once.
Corroded steel
Water pipe replacement Dubai villas need when old galvanised line rusts through. Brown water and low pressure are the same fault.
Homes and businesses
Home pipe replacement Dubai for flats and villas, and commercial pipe replacement Dubai for shops, kitchens and offices.
Planned, not rushed
A route agreed before anything opens, so you know which rooms are affected and for how many days.
What We Work On
Most jobs are one of these, and they are very different amounts of work.
Under sink and behind fixtures
The short reachable runs. Quick, cheap and worth doing whenever a wall is open anyway.
Bathroom and kitchen branches
The lines feeding one room. Usually the whole answer, because a room is where the old fittings all are.
Concealed wall runs
Inside plaster or block. We plan a route that opens the fewest walls, and sometimes a new line beside the old one is far cheaper.
Slab and floor lines
The most disruptive. Where possible we abandon the buried line and run a new one at surface or ceiling level instead.
Tank, pump and riser lines
The main artery of a villa. Failure here affects everything, and it is the run most worth replacing before it fails.
Hot water lines
They expand and contract every day, so joints on them work loose sooner. On an old property this run usually goes first.
What We Arrive With
Before a metre of pipe is replaced, the failing section has to be proved. These are what do that.
Acoustic leak detector
Listens through tile, screed and block for the sound a pressurised leak makes. It finds the spot without opening anything.
Thermal camera
A hot water leak warms the floor above it. The camera shows that as a line on a screen before a single tile comes up.
Moisture meter
Reads how wet a wall or floor actually is. It is what stops us opening the wrong wall because a patch looked damp.
Drain camera
Goes down the pipe and shows what is in there on a screen, and whether the pipe itself is cracked or has dropped.
High pressure jetting
Cuts grease and scale off the inside wall of a pipe. A rod pushes a hole through a blockage; jetting takes it all out.
Pressure test pump
Puts the pipework under pressure and holds it. That is what proves a repair is sound before the wall is closed again.
Scope
Agreed in writing before the first wall opens.
Prove it needs replacing
Pressure testing, section by section. If one joint is the problem we will tell you that and quote a repair instead.
Plan the route
The path that opens the fewest walls. Often a new line in a different place is cheaper than following the old one.
Agree the disruption
Which rooms, how many days and when water is off. Written down before anybody starts.
Install and support
New pipe in one continuous run wherever possible, clipped properly, with isolation valves so future work never needs the whole property off.
Pressure test and hold
The full run brought up and held on a gauge before a single wall is closed.
Photograph the route
Images of where the pipe runs before it is covered. That is worth a great deal to whoever drills a wall here next.

How It Works
Five steps, and the first one sometimes ends with us telling you not to do it.
Survey and test
The whole system isolated section by section, so we know which run is failing rather than assuming.
Quote with a route
The path, the rooms affected, the days, and the cost of making good. All before anything opens.
Isolate and open
Water off for the shortest possible time. On an occupied property we stage it so you are not without water overnight.
Install and test
New run in, clipped and valved, then held under pressure while you watch the gauge.
Close and record
Walls made good or handed to your finisher, with photographs of the route before it disappeared.
The Decision
The honest version of the comparison, including the times you should not call us.
| What you have | What it needs | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One split from a drill | Repair it | The pipe is fine. Something hit it. Replacing the run buys nothing. |
| Two leaks in two years, same run | Replace that run | The third is coming, and each repair opens a wall you then pay to make good. |
| Brown water and low pressure | Replace | Rust and scale inside the pipe. Nothing you do from outside changes that. |
| Renovating the bathroom anyway | Replace now | The walls are already open. This is the cheapest it will ever be. |
| Leak in a buried slab line | Reroute rather than dig | A new line at ceiling or surface level is usually far less damage than chasing the old one through concrete. |
If it is one fault rather than a failing run, pipe repair Dubai is the cheaper and correct answer.
Why TRAXICO
This is a big job, so the parts that matter are the ones before it starts.
We talk people out of it
Most pipe replacement contractors Dubai has will quote what you asked for. If a repair would do, you will hear that from us first.
A route, not a guess
You see which walls open and which rooms are affected before you agree. That is what makes the price real.
Staged so you keep water
On an occupied home we work in sections. Nobody is left without a working bathroom overnight.
Held under pressure
The new run is proved on a gauge before a wall closes. A pipe replacement technician Dubai owners trust does this without being asked.
Valves added while we are there
Isolation valves at each branch, so the next repair anywhere in the property never needs the whole house shut off.
The route photographed
Pictures of where the pipe runs before it is covered. The next person to drill that wall will be very glad of them.
Worth Knowing
Three things worth understanding before you take a quote.
01 / 04
Materials are a small share of any repiping quote.
What costs money is access: lifting tiles, chasing plaster, working around a fitted kitchen, and putting all of it back afterwards. On most jobs the making good costs more than the plumbing.
That is why the route matters so much. A run taken through a cupboard and a ceiling void instead of through three tiled walls can halve the whole bill without changing a metre of pipe.
02 / 04
A repair is the right answer when something hit the pipe. It is the wrong answer when the pipe is failing on its own.
Corroded steel thins everywhere at once. The pinhole you patched was simply the thinnest point on that day, and the next thinnest point is already on its way.
So the comparison is not one repair against one replacement. It is three or four repairs, each with its own opened wall and its own making good, against doing it once.
03 / 04
People expect the old line to be pulled out. Usually it should not be.
A pipe buried in a slab or chased into a block wall can be capped at both ends and left exactly where it is. It is inert, it holds nothing, and digging it out means breaking far more concrete than putting the new line somewhere else would.
What matters is that both ends are properly sealed and that the abandoned run is marked on the photographs, so nobody in ten years reconnects to a pipe that goes nowhere.
Where a line is reachable and in the way, it comes out. Where it is buried and harmless, leaving it is the cheaper and the more sensible answer, and we will say which one yours is.
04 / 04
If a bathroom or kitchen is being redone, this is the moment.
The walls and floors are already open, the tiles are already coming off, and the plumbing is a fraction of what it costs as a standalone job later.
It is also the only time you get to choose where the pipes go. Adding isolation valves and running lines somewhere reachable is nearly free now and expensive to arrange afterwards.
Pricing
Quoted after the system is tested. The pipe replacement service Dubai owners book most is a single bathroom or kitchen branch.
Single Branch
The lines feeding one room.
Quoted after we have seen it
Whole Property Repipe
Every water line in a flat or villa.
Quoted after we have seen it
During Renovation
While the walls are already open.
Quoted after we have seen it
Making good is quoted as its own line. On a concealed run it is often larger than the plumbing, and you should be able to see that split.

Questions
It depends far more on access than on pipe. Opening tiles, chasing plaster and putting everything back is usually the larger half of the bill, which is why we plan the route before quoting.
If something hit the pipe, repair it. If the pipe is failing on its own, with brown water, low pressure or a third leak on the same run, replacement is the cheaper answer over any real timescale.
Only in stages. On an occupied home we work section by section so you always have a working bathroom overnight. An empty property is faster because the water can simply stay off.
No, and that is the point of planning a route. A new line through a ceiling void or a cupboard often avoids most of the old path completely, and the old pipe can be left in place and capped.
One branch is usually one to two days. A whole flat is several days. A villa is longer and is staged so the family is never without water.
Yes, and it is the cheapest it will ever be. The walls are already open and the plumbing becomes a small part of a job you were doing anyway.
Yes. Shops, restaurants and offices, staged out of hours where a shutdown would stop trading.
Only where it is reachable and in the way. A line buried in a slab is capped at both ends and left there, because digging it out breaks far more concrete than routing the new one elsewhere. Either way it goes on the photographs.
Yes, and you should ask for them. An isolation valve at each branch means the next repair anywhere in the property never needs the whole house shut off, and fitting them now costs almost nothing.
We work across the whole city. Marina, JVC, Downtown, Business Bay, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Jumeirah and Deira are all normal working areas for our teams.
