TRAXICO Technical Services LLC is a maintenance company working across Dubai. We look after air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, tiling and renovation for villas, apartments, offices and whole buildings.
The technicians are ours. That sounds like a small detail and it is the whole difference: when a job turns out to need two trades, the second one already works here.

How we prefer to work
None of this is unusual. It is simply what we would want if we were the ones letting a stranger into the house.
Diagnose before quoting
A price given before anyone has looked is a guess, and guesses are always wrong in the same direction. We measure, then we quote.
Say when it is not worth fixing
A compressor on a ten year old system is most of the price of a new one. We would rather lose that job than sell a repair that buys one summer.
Tell you what we found
If something is opened up and there is a bigger problem underneath, you hear about it at that moment. Not in a line on the invoice.
Leave it as we found it
Sheeting down before work starts and cleared afterwards. Clearing up is part of the job rather than a favour.
The trades under this roof
Air conditioning is the largest part of the work, as it is for everybody in this city. The rest is what keeps a property from needing four separate contractors.
