Most carpentry calls are repairs. The making is what people come for once they have seen the repairs done properly.
Doors and frames
Hanging new doors, easing ones that catch, repairing a frame that has split around the latch, and replacing hinges that have dropped. A door that has never closed properly usually has a frame problem rather than a door problem.

How a made to measure job runs
Measured on site, made off site, fitted in a day. Nothing is cut in your living room, which keeps the dust and the noise where they belong.
A repair is usually a single visit. Built-in work runs one to three weeks between the measure and the fit, depending on the material and the finish.

The space measured properly, including how far out of square it is, and a layout agreed with you. Every wall in every flat is out of square somewhere.

Board, veneer, laminate or paint finish, chosen against where it is going. A wardrobe in a bedroom and a unit in a laundry room want different materials.

Cut and assembled in the workshop, so what arrives at your door is components rather than a week of sawing in your hallway.

Fitted and scribed to the wall so there is no gap along the edge, hardware adjusted, and everything cleared away the same day.
Before you replace the kitchen
A kitchen that looks tired is usually a kitchen with tired doors. The carcasses behind them are boxes, and unless water has got to them they are generally fine long after the fronts and the hinges have stopped looking or working the way they should.
New doors, new handles, new hinges and runners, and a worktop if it has taken damage, transforms a kitchen for a fraction of a rip out and takes days rather than weeks. It is also far less disruptive if you actually live there.
If the layout is wrong, or the carcasses have swollen from a long leak, then a replacement is the honest answer and we will say so. But it is worth having somebody look before you assume.

Can you build a wardrobe to fit an odd space?
That is most of what built-in carpentry is for. An alcove, a sloped ceiling under a stair, a corner that a standard wardrobe leaves a useless gap beside. It is measured to the actual space, including how far out of square the walls are, and scribed to fit when it goes in so there is no gap down the side.
How long does a built-in wardrobe take?
Usually one to three weeks from measure to fit, and most of that is the workshop rather than your home. The fitting itself is normally a day. Painted finishes take longer than laminate because of drying time between coats.
My door has started catching on the floor. Why?
Usually humidity, and in a Dubai flat that is as much about the air conditioning as the weather outside. Timber takes up moisture and swells, so a door can start catching after a spell with the AC off or a room that gets damp. The fix depends on how much movement there is, and it is often a hinge adjustment rather than taking anything off the door, because a door planed while it is swollen rattles once it dries back.
Can you repair kitchen cabinet doors rather than replace them?
Often, yes. Hinges, soft close mechanisms and drawer runners are replaceable parts and are usually what has actually failed. Where the door itself has swollen or the finish has gone, replacing just the fronts and hardware is a fraction of a new kitchen and takes days instead of weeks.
Do you work with a design I have already had drawn?
Yes. Bring the drawing and we will tell you honestly what works, what will not fit the space as drawn, and where the price sits. Designers rarely measure how far out of square a wall is, and that is usually where a drawing meets reality.
Is there a lot of dust and noise?
Less than people expect, because the cutting happens in the workshop. What happens in your home is fitting, scribing and adjusting, which is a day of moderate noise rather than a week of it.
