  • “Contractor”: That’s us—Traxico, including all our team members and any subcontractors we might work with.
  • “Services”: All the work we do for you, like fixing your AC or maintaining your home appliances.

At Traxico, we strive to deliver top-quality work every time. However, we reserve the right to accept or decline jobs at our discretion. Once we take on a job, our professionals will handle it with care and expertise. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid by a legal authority, the rest will still apply.

These terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes that arise will be addressed solely in the courts of the UAE.

4. How We Charge for Time

We charge for the time our professionals spend on your job, whether they’re at your place or getting necessary materials. You’ll be billed based on our current rates, which include the cost of any materials we supply.

When you book a service, we’ll give you an estimated time and scope of work based on the information you provide. You’ll only be charged for the actual time we spend working on your project.

All charges include VAT, and if we incur parking fees during your job, those costs will be added to your bill. Time spent getting materials will also be included in your final charge.

5. Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Work

Sometimes, it’s hard to know how long it will take to figure out and fix an issue. We recommend an initial visit to start diagnosing the problem. During this visit, Taxico’s specialists will thoroughly examine the situation and explain what they’ve done and what’s next if the issue isn’t resolved.

This initial visit is fully chargeable, as it reflects the effort and expertise we put into identifying the problem. If more work is needed, we may suggest additional appointments.

6. Fixed Price Services

When we give you a Fixed Price Quote, it’s a firm cost for the job. However, the price might change if:

  • You change the scope or amount of work after accepting the quote.
  • The cost of materials increases before we buy them.
  • We find unexpected problems before or during the work.
  • There’s a clear mistake in the original quote.

7. Feedback and Complaints

We’re committed to doing a great job. If you’re not satisfied with our work or if something was left unfinished, please let us know right away. We’ll need evidence of any issues, and if they’re valid, we’ll fix them at no extra cost.

We’re not responsible for the quality or cost of any third-party services you hire to fix issues, even if you didn’t tell us first. However, payment for our services is still required as we remain committed to addressing any genuine problems.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due when the job is finished unless we’ve made other arrangements with you. If payment isn’t made on time, additional fees may apply, and we may suspend further services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after the changes, you accept the updated Terms.
