1. Who we are

TRAXICO Technical Services LLC is a maintenance company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Astral Space Business Center, Office R23, Ground Floor, Trade Center First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers https://traxico.ae and any enquiry you send us through it.

2. What we collect

Only what we need in order to come and do the work. There is no account to create on this site and nothing to sign up for.

When you fill in an enquiry or booking form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• The area you are in and the service you think you need, if you select them
• Whatever you write in the message field
• The time you prefer to be called, if you choose one

3. What happens to it

The form sends your enquiry as an email to our team so somebody can call you back. That is the whole purpose, and it is the only reason we ask.

Our web server also writes a short log entry for each enquiry so that a message which fails to send can still be recovered and acted on. We would rather hold a record for a few days than lose somebody who was trying to reach us.

We do not build a marketing list from enquiries. If you contact us about a blocked drain you will not start receiving offers about painting.

4. Who else sees it

Our staff, and the two services that make the site work:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the website and its servers
• Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry to our inbox

5. What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to other contractors, lead generation companies or marketing agencies. Nobody buys enquiries from us.

We do not ask for financial information through this website. There is no payment page here, and any message claiming to be from us and asking for card details on a web form is not from us.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. There is no advertising network on it and no social media tracking pixel.

That is a statement about how the site is built today rather than a promise about forever. If we add analytics in future, this section will be rewritten in the same change that adds it, naming what is used and what it records. A policy that quietly stops being true is worse than no policy.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as business correspondence, in the same way a phone message would. Where you become a customer, we keep the job records we need for accounting and warranty purposes and for as long as UAE law requires us to.

If you ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job, we will, and you can ask by writing to the address at the bottom of this page.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Ask by email or by post using the details below. We will not make it difficult and we will not ask you to fill in a form to do it.

9. Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about anybody under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will remove them.

10. Changes to this policy

When the site changes in a way that affects this page, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We do not backdate.
